The clinical care is excellent. However, logging in and reception system needs work. My appointment was at 11.30 and I logged in at approximately 11.10. However, I was'nt seen until 12.30 due to my notes not being put through. There was a receptionist but I'm not sure what their purpose is if they don't talk and interact with the patients and don't receive clear instructions from the electronic logging in system when a patient arrives. The whole system makes no sense.
